Una pareja de artistas venezolanos se muda a ciudad de México en busca de un futuro mejor. Carlota, una actriz reconocida que cambia todo el brillo de su profesión por la oportunidad de ofrecerle seguridad y bienestar a su hijo. Diego, un músico de rock en español que acompaña a su familia por amor, aunque su alma se quedó en aquel país que lo vio nacer y que nunca imaginó tener que dejar. En el camino viven en sus propias pieles las vicisitudes del proceso de migración y será para ellos un reto lograr sobrevivir al camino y evitar que esta nueva vida acabe con su tesoro más preciado: el amor.

A couple of Venezuelan artists move to Mexico City in search of a better future. Along the way, they live in their own skins, the vicissitudes of the migration process, and it will be a challenge for them to survive the road and prevent this new life from destroying their most precious treasure: love. Carlota is a well-known actress who exchanges all the brilliance of her profession for the opportunity to offer her son security and well-being.
